About the role

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the beauty centre.

• Supervise and coordinate staff.

• Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.

• Monitor staff performance, attendance, and conduct.

• Manage appointments, complaints, and client enquiries.

• Drive sales and client retention.

• Monitor stock, equipment, and general facility standards.

• Prepare operational and performance reports for management

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a managerial/supervisory role in a beauty, spa, salon, or aesthetics business.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Good understanding of beauty/ aesthetics operations.
• Ability to manage a team and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, organised, proactive, and results-oriented.
