About the role
ABOUT THE ROLE
Exclusive Shelters Real Estate Ltd is looking for a driven Business Development Officer to generate revenue by converting leads into closed sales and actively identifying new business opportunities, client segments, and strategic planning.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Meet assigned revenue targets.
•Convert leads into property viewings and closed sales.
•Present and pitch properties professionally.
•Negotiate terms within approved pricing and commission guidelines.
• Build and maintain client, partner &
realtor relationships.
• Generate new business through networking. events, and site visits.
•Keep an accurate sales pipeline in CRM and follow up consistently.
•Provide market and sales updates to management.
•Participate in sales reviews and industry engagements.
Requirements
- REQUIREMENTS
- • OND/HND/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- • 2-5 years of experience in sales or business development.
- • Real estate experience is an added advantage.
- • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- • Target-driven mindset with resilience in the face of rejection.
- • Proactive networking and ability to generate new business relationships.
- • Proficiency in CRM systems and basic digital tools.
- • Comfortable working fully onsite in Abuja, FCT.
