About the role
Treehouse Job is looking for a content creator to own our social channels. You'll take the jobs and career guides we publish and turn them into short videos, carousels and posts built for a Nigerian student and graduate audience.
This is hands-on. You come up with the ideas, shoot and edit them, write the captions, and post on a schedule. You'll work closely with the founders and have real say in the voice of the brand.
Hybrid, so you can work from home most of the week with occasional meetups in Lagos to plan and shoot.
Requirements
- A portfolio or handle showing content you have made, even if personal
- Comfortable shooting and editing short-form video on your phone
- Strong grasp of what performs on TikTok and Instagram in Nigeria
- Reliable internet and your own device
- Can post consistently without being chased
