About the role
The
Delivery Team Lead leads the Delivery department to meet the delivery
promise of bitMARTe by ensuring that all the steps in the delivery chain are actioned within the set turn-around time outlined in our delivery policy.
He/She must be able to prioritize and assign tasks to the team member. He must coach the team members to improve performance. He/She will ensure order delivery is assigned to 3PL in line with our Turn Around Time. The Delivery
Team Lead needs to continuously review our delivery operations and recommend changes to be implement to improve performance and lead a smooth implementation of changes.
Requirements
- •8-10 years or equivalent supervisory management experience in a logistics firm or a fast-paced firm.
- •Strong personality, energetic,enthusiastic, flexible & reliable.
- • An excellent communicator, a driver with a balanced and flexible approach, possessing the ability to build strong relationships.
- • Stress resistant with natural leadership skills and ability to inspire a team Logical, analytical & creative thinker.
- • Multi-task and excellent organizer.
- •Must possess a Degree in Supply/Logistics or any Social Science/Management related course
- •Must be a member of CILT/CIOTA
- •Additional Diploma/Advance certificate from CILT/CIOTA will be a plus
- •Demonstrated knowledge of related system like ERP
- •Experience at a supervisory/managerial level in the past 3-4 years.
- •Knowledge & understanding of the e-commerce

- •Good reporting and presentation skills with a keen eye for detail.
