About the role
We are looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Mobile Developer who excels in Flutter (Mobile) and Laravel (Backend) to help build and scale our next-generation fintech application.
In this role, you will be a core contributor to our flagship mobile product powering cross-border transfers, crypto-to-fiat exchanges, virtual & physical card issuance, and daily bill payments. You will design elegant mobile interfaces, build robust backend APIs, integrate third-party banking/crypto infrastructure, and ensure high-grade security across our entire financial engine.
Requirements
- 3+ years of commercial experience building and deploying production Flutter applications (iOS & Android).
- Expertise in state management (BLoC, Provider, or Riverpod) and app architecture (Clean Architecture/MVVM).
- Deep understanding of mobile security standards (biometrics, secure enclave, obfuscation, anti-jailbreak checks).
- 4+ years of experience in backend development using Laravel & PHP.
- Hands-on experience building multi-currency digital wallets, ledger systems, or double-entry accounting engines.
- Card Issuance: Virtual/Physical cards (e.g., Visa/Mastercard processing).
- Crypto Rails: On/Off-ramps, custody providers, or web3 SDKs.
- Utility Bills & Transfers: Aggregators for airtime, data, utility payments, and local bank transfers.
- Solid SQL experience (PostgreSQL/MySQL), indexed queries, and database transaction locks (DB::transaction).
- Familiarity with Docker, Git, Redis, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or DigitalOcean).
- Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines for mobile app publishing (App Store Connect & Google Play Console)
- Prior experience working directly in Crypto/Web3, Neobanking, or Payment Gateways.
- Experience with blockchain indexers, RPC nodes, or WebSocket subscriptions.
- Understanding of compliance standards like PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, or local fintech licensing requirements.
