About the role
We are seeking a smart, energetic, tech-savvy, customer-focused, and well-groomed Apple In-Store Sales Consultant to represent the Apple brand at selected retail locations in Lagos.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, engaging customers, providing product information, maintaining excellent product visibility, and ensuring a professional Apple brand experience within the assigned store.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is brilliant, amiable, Gen-Z-friendly, polished, energetic, tech-savvy, sales-driven, and passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree, HND, or OND from a recognized institution.
- NYSC must be completed.
- Candidates who have not completed
- NYSC will not be considered.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or brand promotion is an added advantage.
- Strong interest and knowledge of technology and consumer electronics, particularly Apple products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer engagement and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, articulate, friendly, and approachable personality.
- Must be well-groomed, presentable, and professional.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Good teamwork, punctuality, and reliability.
- Must be comfortable using smartphones, applications, and digital reporting platforms
