About the role
AuraUP is a premium lifestyle brand built on the philosophy of Quiet Strength In Motion, defined by craftsmanship, timeless design and attention to detail.
This is a dual role. You deliver a world-class shopping experience in-store, building relationships through personalised styling and hitting sales targets, while also managing the brand's digital presence.
On the social side you run AuraUP's Instagram and TikTok: scheduling approved posts, replying to comments and DMs professionally, keeping a consistent premium brand voice, and tracking performance to support growth.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years in luxury retail, customer service or a related field
- Proven experience managing business Instagram and TikTok accounts
- Strong written and verbal communication with an eye for aesthetics
- Comfortable with content scheduling, community engagement and performance tracking
- Familiar with Meta Business Suite and TikTok Business Suite
- Canva or CapCut knowledge is an advantage
- Polished, well-presented and highly organised
- Comfortable working weekends, public holidays and special events
