About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Production Assistant to support our production team. The successful candidate will assist supervising the production staff, ensure quality standards are met, and contribute to the timely delivery of finished products.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the production process.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily production targets.
• Report production issues and support workflow improvements.
Requirements

- • HND/Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Garment Production, Textile Technology, or a related field (or relevant vocational training).
- • 1-3 years' experience in garment production or a similar role.
- • Good understanding of garment construction and production processes.
- • Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and time management skills.
