Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Architect to manage architectural projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for design coordination, site supervision, monitoring project progress, and preparing reports while ensuring compliance with design specifications and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop architectural designs and working drawings.
• Prepare and review project documentation and technical details.
• Monitor and supervise construction activities to ensure adherence to design intent and quality standards.
• Conduct site visits and provide progress reports.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Prepare periodic reports and maintain proper documentation of project activities.
Requirements
- Requirements & Qualifications
- • BSc/HND in Architecture.
- • 2-3 years post-NYSC experience in architectural practice.
- • Proficiency in basic architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
- • Strong skills in project monitoring, supervision, and reporting.
- • Good communication and coordination skills.
- • Ability to work independently and within a team.
- • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
