About the Role:
Remote Roles is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented professional to join our growing remote team. This is a fully remote position built for someone who takes ownership of their work: a reliable internet connection, a quiet workspace, and the discipline to manage your own time are the baseline, not the exception
Once onboarded, you'll be matched into a track based on your background and strengths:
• Customer Service, Virtual Assistance, Compliance Support, Real Estate Coordination, Home Health Care Support, Cold Calling and sales.
Requirements
- Technical Setup :
- Modern computer/laptop, quality headset, reliable high-speed internet and power. Must have backup plans for both — outages don't pause this role.
- Communication :
- Excellent English (spoken/written).
- Must show energy, empathy, and build trust quickly - often within seconds of a call.
- Experience :
- Remote or customer-facing experience (support, client communication, coordination, sales) preferred. Drive, fast learning, and accountability are most important.
- Availability :
- Full-time (40 hrs/week), including evenings/weekends as needed.
- Preferred window: 7 AM - 9 PM EST, with flexibility as long as 40 hours are met.
