About the role
About Us:
We're a busy restaurant in Ikeja GRA, Lagos, serving fresh, delicious meals.
We're looking for a reliable rider to help get our food to customers hot and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Pick up and deliver customer food orders safely and on time.
2. Ensure all food is handled with care and delivered in good condition.
3. Maintain a clean, well-functioning delivery vehicle/bike.
4. Provide excellent customer service during pickup and drop-off.
5. Respond to delivery requests promptly and follow assigned routes.
6. Collect payment on delivery where required and remit accurately.
Requirements
- • Valid rider's license/driver's license with a clean record.
- • Proven experience as a delivery rider or dispatch rider.
- • Strong knowledge of Lagos routes, especially Ikeja and surrounding areas.
- • Own a well-maintained bike or access to one is an advantage.
- • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- • Smartphone for navigation and order updates.
