About the role
Job Summary
We are seeking a results driven Sales Executive to identify and acquire new customers, manage existing client relationships, and drive sales growth within assigned territories for a Manufacturer of tiles and snitary ware. The ideal candidate should have strong field sales experience, excellent relationship management skills, and a proven ability to meet sales targets.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (One day in the office, four days on field visits)
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers, including distributors, dealers, retailers, contractors, architects, builders, and project developers.
• Build and maintain strong
relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Conduct regular field visits to promote the company's products and generate new sales opportunities.
• Identify upcoming construction projects and business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Participate in product promotions, exhibitions, and marketing activities.
• Provide regular sales reports, market intelligence, and customer feedback to management
Requirements
- Minimum of HND, B.Sc in any relevant discipline.
- • Minimum of 3 years' experience in field sales within tiles and ceramic industries.
- • Proven experience in acquiring new customers and managing existing client accounts.
- • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- • Willingness to travel and conduct regular field visits.
- • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Key Performance Indicators (KP|s) Performance will be measured based on:
- • Achievement of sales revenue targets.
- • Number of new customers acquired.
- • Customer retention and repeat business.
- • Number of customer visits and market coverage.
- • Growth in sales volume within assigned territory.
